What is a Full-Stack Developer?

Until recently, the people behind the scenes of our computers and other devices were known as web designers, who worked on the design of a site, and developers, who worked on the code. Now, we have Full-Stack Developers who works with both the front and back end of a website or application. Some of the tasks they perform include:
